Mentor-mentee interactions in an accelerator program

On November 9, 2022, we gathered for the 8th virtual CCO data session, with Alana Pierce (HEC Montreal) sharing data she collected observing mentor-mentee interactions in an accelerator program.

Ideas were exchanged and debated around how to analyze the conversations, including potential concepts such as power and authority, communication styles, and the role of gender in the interactions.
